The Full Story

Coffee Roaster Samoa began in 2018 with a simple dream and a deep love for coffee. Our founder, Phillip Moore — or as most know him, Pipa — discovered his passion for coffee while living in New Zealand. After seeing the culture and connection it brought to people’s lives, he knew he wanted to bring that same energy back home to Samoa.

With a vision to create a welcoming space for locals to gather, connect, and enjoy great coffee, Pipa returned to his roots and opened Coffee Roaster Samoa.

At our core, we’re all about the love of coffee — from the roast to the cup — and sharing that with our community. Samoa is our place of origin, and we’re proud to craft beautiful coffee right here for our people to enjoy.

We’ve also added a lineup of specialty drinks that are close to our hearts — including The Bill Moore, a customer favorite named in loving memory of Pipa’s father, who is dearly missed. Each drink on our menu tells a story, and we’re excited to keep creating more with you in mind.
